How to Integrate Zoho CRM with HappyFox:
- Log in to HappyFox.
- Go to Apps >> CRM >> Infusionsoft.
- Click Install. In the subsequent screen, you will be asked to provide "Account name" and "API key".
- For "Account name", check out your URL after successful login into Infusionsoft. It should be of the format https://<accountname>.infusionsoft.com.
- Go to Settings >> API inside Infusionsoft to get your "Encryption key". The encryption key is your "API Key" for the integration.
- Click "save". This also enables the integration.

Steps to add Contact tags:
- Go to the desired ticket details page.
- Under the Infusionsoft section, click "Add tags".
- Choose a Category for the tag and enter the tag name.
- Click "Add tags" to add the tag to the corresponding contact inside Infusionsoft.

Steps to enable this feature:
- Go to Apps >> CRM >> Infusionsoft.
- Click Manage, then Enable "Push Ticket Information to CRM".
- Click Save.
